Delete Texts Account

If you don't want to use Texts anymore, you can ask us to delete your account by emailing us at [email protected] from any e-mail that's associated with your Texts account (listed in account settings).

Please note before sending a request:

  • If you have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel that before we can delete your account.
  • As noted in our privacy policy, we don't store any messages, contacts, auth credentials, account information, etc. on our servers.
  • If you've shared any feedback or problem reports, deleting your account will not delete those.
  • If you started a subscription before, we might retain payment related information for tax purposes.
  • You will immediately lose access to our applications. You'll need to remove them from your devices.
  • This cannot be undone but you can always create a new account later.
